Users review: Lindsay Lohan plays a teenager trying to get over the new high school. This time, she has a home in Africa educated girl, whose first experience in the public school is affected by a clique of nasty girls called the Plastics, who use gossip and other torture techniques to try social life.The spoil her story makes sounds like another Teen Movie generic, but this is actually pretty funny and realistic. The most cynical person would point out that this is a cheap rip off of Heathers and they are similar. While a good movie Heathers, Mean Girls movie is even better. I think Mean Girls is great for a number of reasons. First, the script is actually creative and intelligent. Tina Fey seems to understand that teenagers love comedies can refer to and what he did with Mean Girls. Of course, there were a few lame scenes, but nothing that kills the movie. SNL Tina Fey have to leave and concentrate on his career in movies.Second, acting is very good and convincing. Rachel McAdams gives the best and funniest performance as Queen. Her character is very average (hence the title), but I find it so hard to actually hate. She has this charm that sucks the audience in on it and its so hard to hate. Lindsay Lohan also gives a good performance as Cady. Her best scenes with Rachel. They have great chemistry together. On the other plastics are played by Lacey Chabert and Amanda Seyfried. They give also good performance and scenes are all made of plastic along fun. The rest of the supporting cast is quite good, and Tina Fey also has a small role as math Cadys teacher.Another reason why Mean Girls is so good is because they actually funny for people aged over 21 years. They not only teenagers but also for adults. Mark Waters is proving to be very good at targeting harmless comedies like Freaky Friday and this. He keeps the film short, but extremely fun. I really do not understand how anyone can actually give this movie one. I understand that some people are on the top or silly, but it deserves one. Finally, this smart and funny teen movie deserves to be seen. Rating 8/10
